Matt Duncan

Matt, a retired military infantry officer, brings over 20 years of experience in project and team management. After leaving the military in 2017, he moved into the manufacturing industry, working with prominent companies like Thermo Fisher Scientific and Entegris in the pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing sectors. Matt managed teams of over 100 employees and was accountable for P&L. He played a key role in overseeing commercial capital construction projects valued at more than $50 million.

Originally from Easley, Matt and his wife Allison returned to the Upstate in late 2023. In early 2024, Matt founded Catapult Construction LLC.
